GENERAL REFERENCES
Individual sewage disposal systems – See Ch. 445.
Any person submitting an application for septic system approval or any other application within the jurisdiction of the Board of Health of the Township of Mount Olive shall submit such application to the Department of Health at least 10 days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting of the Township Board of Health. Any application which is deficient in any respect shall be returned by the Health Officer to the applicant, who may resubmit the application, but such resubmission shall be submitted at least 10 days prior to a regularly scheduled public meeting of the Township Board of Health.
If any applicant fails to comply with the requirements of § 404-1 hereof, the application shall not be acted upon by the Board of Health until the regularly scheduled public meeting of the Board of Health which next follows the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Health following submission of the application.
