All the swimming facilities in Mount Olive Township open to
the general public, whether municipally owned or otherwise, for which
a separate admission or membership fee is charged to members of the
general public seeking admission thereto, are hereby subject to the
following regulations:
A. Except as otherwise provided herein, the regular hours of operation
for said public swimming pools shall be no earlier than 9:00 a.m.
nor later than 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and no earlier
than 10:00 a.m. nor later than 8:00 p.m. on Sundays.
B. Evening activities consisting of either late-night swims or teenage
parties shall be permitted until 10:00 p.m. once a week during the
regular season on either Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday night.
A schedule of such evening activities for the entire summer shall
be supplied to the Township Clerk at least one week prior to the opening
of the season.

C. There shall be no more than seven swimming meets within each season
and no more than one meet each week during the season. Swimming meets
shall be held during the regular hours of operation of the public
swimming pool, and the schedule of such swimming meets shall be served
upon the Township Clerk one week prior to the opening of the season.
D. The schedule of activities served upon the Township Clerk shall be
posted on the Township bulletin board during the summer season, and
the owner of each public swimming facility shall post said schedule
of events in a conspicuous place at each swimming facility.
E. The regular season shall commence on Memorial Day and terminate on
Labor Day, except that the season shall also include two weekends
after Labor Day. All evening activities and swimming meets shall be
conducted between the last week in June and Labor Day.
F. The daily use of the public address system for FM music or announcements
is prohibited prior to 12:00 noon and after 6:00 p.m., except for
emergencies. In addition to the above regulations, a record player
or tape deck shall be permitted for any teenage party, but amplification
of the music by equipment other than the record player and tape deck
and their regular speakers is prohibited.

Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of
this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by one
or more of the following: by imprisonment for a term not exceeding
90 days or by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or by a period of community
service not exceeding 90 days.
