Town of Algoma, WI Article VI Construction Site Erosion Control and Stormwater Management

§ 225-62 Adoption of regulations by reference.

A. Generally. Chapter 23, Article 15, of the Winnebago County General Code, as may be amended from time to time, is adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein. All references to Winnebago County shall refer to the Town of Algoma.

B. Official copy. A copy of Chapter 23, Article 15, shall be on file and open to the public for inspection at the office of the Town Clerk.

§ 225-63 Administration of regulations.

In the administration of the procedures and requirements, the Town Board shall designate the administering authority and the Town of Algoma Town Board shall serve the role as the Winnebago County Board of Appeals.

§ 225-64 Exceptions; additional Town requirements.

All of the requirements in Chapter 23, Article 15, shall apply except that a release rate of 0.2 cubic foot per second per acre shall be used in the design of on-site stormwater management practices.[1]
