A. 
A joint action ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of Winnebago County providing for a county-municipal joint action emergency government plan of organization was adopted by said County Board on the first day of January 1975. A copy of said county ordinance is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference and is hereby ratified and accepted by the Town of Algoma, County of Winnebago.[1]

B. 
This ratification and acceptance of the joint action ordinance shall constitute a mutual agreement between the Town of Algoma and the County of Winnebago as provided by Section 3 of said joint action ordinance.
The County-Municipal Emergency Management Director, appointed and employed by the Winnebago County Board as provided in the referred-to ordinance, is hereby designated and appointed Emergency Management Director for the Town of Algoma, subject to the conditions and provisions as set forth in the Wisconsin Statutes and the Winnebago County joint action ordinance. The Town shall appoint a Deputy Emergency Management Director, and the Deputy shall operate under the administrative direction of the County Emergency Management Director.
