No person shall sell soda water beverages as defined in § 97.34, Wis. Stats., to be consumed on or off the premises where sold without having procured a license as provided in this chapter, nor without complying with all of the provisions of this chapter and all statutes, ordinances and regulations of the state and Town applicable thereto.

Soda water licenses shall be issued by the Town Clerk on the authority of the Town Board upon receipt from the applicant of a satisfactory application completed on forms to be supplied by the Town Clerk and upon compliance with the other requirements of this chapter, which license shall then entitle the holder thereof to manufacture, possess, sell or offer for sale, at wholesale or retail, soda water beverages.

The fee for such license shall be set by the Town Board.

The regulations regarding posting of licenses, lost licenses and health rules for fermented malt beverage licenses as contained in Chapter 105, Alcohol Beverages, Article II, Licenses, of this Code shall be applicable to soda water dealer licenses.
