A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the
office of the Township Clerk of the Charter Township of Huron, being
marked and designated as "The BOCA National Plumbing Code 1993," as
published by the Plumbing Officials and Code Administrators International,
Inc., is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the Charter Township
of Huron, County of Wayne, State of Michigan; for the control of buildings
and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations,
provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said BOCA National
Plumbing Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof,
as if fully set out in this article.
Any person, firm or corporation, its, his, her or their agents,
or employees who shall violate or assist in the violation of the provisions
of this article, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500
or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days or both such fine
and imprisonment in the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation
of this article shall exist shall constitute a separate and distinct
offense and shall be so punishable.
