There is on file in the office of the City Clerk and incorporated
herein a Schedule (Chart), labeled City of California Electric Rates
Effective 2007. Effective January 2, 2007, for the usage and billing
cycle immediately following, said rates shall be in full force and
effect for all electrical power customers of the City at the scheduled
rate noted.

The Schedule (Chart) titled Demand Charge is effective April
1, 2005, for the cycle immediately following, includes rates which
shall be in full force and effect for certain large power and industrial
electrical power customers of the City, specifically those customers
with a load in excess of twenty-five (25) kW, at the scheduled rate
noted.
