Barbershops and beauty parlors shall be governed by all applicable laws of the State of New Jersey, inclusive of rules, regulations and directives issued thereby, and in accordance with all requirements and rules, regulations and directives of the New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling.[1]
