In accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Municipalities
Planning Code, Act 247 of 1968, as reenacted and amended by Act 170
of 1988, and as subsequently amended,[1] manufactured home parks and sites for the placement of
manufactured housing are governed as subdivisions or land developments,
subject to the procedures and standards specified by this chapter.
