Town of Wenham, MA Chapter 94 Alcoholic Beverages

§ 94-1 Consumption; possession of open containers.

Unless otherwise authorized by the Board of Selectmen, no person shall drink any alcoholic beverage, or have in their possession an open container of alcoholic beverage as defined in MGL c. 138, § 1, upon any public way, public parking area, school property, Town park or recreation area, or on any way or property to which the public has a right of access as invitees or licensees.
