Town of Wenham, MA Chapter 186 Pleasant Pond

§ 186-1 Use of boats or other vessels.

No person shall use or operate a boat or other vessel powered by an internal combustion engine on Pleasant Pond. This bylaw shall not apply to any emergency or life-saving operation or personnel training carried out by or with the approval of the Police Department, Fire Department, or the Board of Selectmen.
