A person commits the offense of harassment if he/she, without
good cause, engages in any act with the purpose to cause emotional
distress to another person.
A person commits the offense of kidnapping if he or she knowingly
restrains another unlawfully and without consent so as to interfere
substantially with his or her liberty.

A. It shall be an ordinance violation for a person to leave a motor
vehicle unattended in the City without first stopping the motor and
cutting off the electric current except for lighting.
B. It shall be an ordinance violation for a person to leave a child
ten (10) years of age or less in a motor vehicle unless there is also
in or within ten (10) feet of the same motor vehicle a person over
fourteen (14) years of age.
C. A person who violates this Section shall be subject to a fine of
not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for not
more than ninety (90) days or both such fine and imprisonment.
