A Select Board member may not hold any compensated appointive
Town office or employment under government of the Town of Southwick
during the term for which he/she is elected, nor any compensative
appointive Town office or employment for one year thereafter. Also,
that any member of the Select Board serving in such capacity at the
time of adoption of this section shall be allowed to complete his/her
term of office on the Board prior to being subject to the requirements
of this vote.
