Any person who shall assault another within the Village or engage, or aid and abet, another person in any fight, quarrel or other disturbance within the Village shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punished as provided in §
1-6.

No person shall willfully enter upon any property which is posted
against trespassing in a conspicuous manner.

A. No person shall willfully enter upon the lands or premises of another
without lawful authority after having been forbidden to do so by the
owner, occupant or agent of either; any person being upon the lands
or premises of another, upon being notified to depart therefrom by
the owner, occupant or agent of either, who without lawful authority
neglects or refuses to depart therefrom, shall be in violation of
this section.
B. A person who violates Subsection
A of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days in the county jail, or both.

A. A person who commits any of the acts listed in this subsection in
a store or in its immediate vicinity is guilty of retail fraud:
(1) While a store is open to the public, such person alters, transfers,
removes and replaces, conceals or otherwise misrepresents the price
at which property is offered for sale, with the intent not to pay
for the property or to pay less than the price at which the property
is offered for sale.
(2) While a store is open to the public, such person steals property
of the store that is offered for sale.
(3) With intent to defraud, such person obtains or attempts to obtain
money or property from the store as a refund or exchange for property
that was not paid for and belongs to the store.
B. A person who violates Subsection
A of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $500, or both.

A. Any person who shall commit the offense of larceny by stealing the
property of another; by stealing any money, goods or chattels or any
bank note, bank bill, bond, promissory note, due bill, bill of exchange
or other bill, draft, order or certificate; by stealing any book of
accounts for or concerning money or goods due or to become due or
to be delivered; by stealing any deed or writing containing a conveyance
of land or any other valuable contract in force; by stealing any receipt,
release or defeasance; or by stealing any writ, process or public
record, if the property stolen shall be of the value of $100 or less.
B. Any violation of this section shall be punished as provided in §
1-6.
