Where a public sanitary sewer is not available, the building
shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system in compliance
with the requirements of the State Department of Health.
Before commencement of construction of a private sewage disposal
system, or alterations thereto, a written permit shall be obtained
from the County Health Department.
The type, capacity, location and layout of a private sewer facility
shall comply with all requirements of the State Department of Health
and the County Health Department and shall be constructed and connected
in accordance with the plumbing regulations of the state. No septic
tank or cesspool shall be permitted to discharge to any public sewer
or natural outlet.
Private waste disposal facilities shall be constructed so as
to facilitate future connection to a public sewer.
The owner shall operate and maintain private sewage disposal
facilities permitted under this chapter in a sanitary manner at all
times at no expense to the Village and in accordance with the regulations
of the State Department of Health and the County Health Department.
