It shall be unlawful to smoke inside or within 15 feet of an entranceway of any Borough-owned facility/building, except as may be authorized as a "designated smoking area" as determined by the Borough Manager.

It shall be unlawful to smoke inside or upon any Borough-owned vehicle or any Borough-owned motorized equipment.
It shall be unlawful to smoke upon the grounds of any Catawissa park.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to fines up to $300 and the costs of prosecution.
Any Borough employee violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall also be subject to disciplinary action under the appropriate disciplinary procedure currently in effect or adopted in the future. Any violation of this chapter by an employee shall be considered an act of insubordination for the purposes of discipline.
