The fee for tax searches to be charged within the City of Corbin
City shall be increased to $10. Each pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-14
and $2. Per calendar year for continuation thereof within three years
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-15. The fee for improvement assessment searches
shall be likewise increased to $10. Each pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-18.4.

Whenever an individual shall request that there be an auction
of property owned by the municipality pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13(a),
a fee of $100 may be charged, at the discretion of the governing body,
to cover the costs to the municipality for the conduct of such an
auction. In the event that, for any reason, such auction shall not
result in a successful bidder, or should any successful bidder fail
to advance the costs for such auction, then the costs shall be deduced
from the funds collected pursuant to this provision, with the unexpended
balance to be returned to the depositor.

When, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 37:1-13, the Mayor or Deputy Mayor,
when authorized by the Mayor, shall perform marriages or civil unions,
the following fees shall be payable to the municipality, collected
by the Clerk, and deposited into the general municipal current fund:
Fees for wedding ceremonies performed by Mayor within municipality:
$100.
Fee for ceremony performed by Mayor outside municipality: $150.
