Unless otherwise specified herein, the general penalties which
may be imposed by any court of competent jurisdiction for violation
of any chapter, article or sub-section of this, the Corbin City Code,
shall be imprisonment in the county jail for a term of up to 90 days;
or a fine not exceeding $2,000; or a period of community service not
exceeding 90 days; or any combination thereof.
