Severability. If the provisions of any article, section, paragraph,
subdivision or clause of this ordinance shall be judged invalid by
a court of competent jurisdiction, such order of judgment shall not
affect or invalidate the remainder of any article, section, subsection,
paragraph, subdivision or clause of this ordinance and to this end
the provisions of each article, section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision
or clause of this ordinance are hereby declared to be severable.
Repealer. This Ordinance specifically repeals Chapter 102 of the Code of the City of Corbin City. Any and all other ordinances or parts thereof in conflict or inconsistent with any of the terms and provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency provided, however, that the adoption of this ordinance shall not prevent or bar the continuance or institution of proceedings for offenses heretofore committed in violation of any existing ordinances of the City of Corbin City.
