§ 208-501 Appeals process.

Appeals by a pawnbroker from a decision of the Chief of Police or the Township Board of Commissioners may be taken to the Pennsylvania Department of Banking. A dealer in secondhand property may request a hearing before the North Versailles Township Board of Commissioners in accordance with the Local Agency Law.
