Editor's Note: This ordinance superseded Ord. No. 268, adopted
12-12-1994.
The Township Board of Supervisors does hereby approve the agreement
and one-page side agreement negotiated with Comcast, including all
of the terms and conditions contained therein, and does hereby authorize
the execution of such agreement and side agreement. A copy of the
agreement and side agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A.[1]

All ordinances inconsistent with the attached cable franchise
agreement by and between Vanport Township and Comcast of Colorado/Pennsylvania/West
Virginia, LLC are hereby repealed.
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or word
of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional
by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed
a separate, distinct and independent provision, and such holding shall
not render this ordinance invalid.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
