A. 
The dog park shall be open from dawn to dusk, seven days a week.
B. 
All dogs shall be required to wear a licensed tag and be current with vaccinations, i.e., rabies.
C. 
Any person owning or keeping a dog which has been determined to be a vicious and/or aggressive dog shall be prohibited from the dog park.
D. 
Any person owning or in charge of any dog is prohibited from causing, suffering or allowing the dog to soil, defile, defecate on or commit any nuisance in the designated dog park area.
E. 
Any person owning or in charge of any dog shall immediately remove and dispose of all feces deposited by said dog by the sanitary method approved by the local health authority.
F. 
Any person owning or in charge of any dog who violates or fails or refuses to comply with this article, shall be fined a penalty of $50 for each offense.
G. 
Puppies must be at least four months old.
H. 
Owners may not leave their dog unattended or allowed out of sight.
I. 
Children under 10 years of age are not permitted in the dog park with a dog unless accompanied by an adult.
J. 
Dogs in heat are not allowed in the park.
K. 
Unattended dogs will be impounded.
L. 
Owners are responsible for their dogs and any injuries caused by them.
M. 
All dog bites must be reported to the Health Department. Any dog that bites any person or shows aggression towards another dog will not be permitted in the dog park.
N. 
No spiked, pronged or choke collars are allowed.
O. 
The dog park may close for maintenance without prior notice.
P. 
A sign shall be visible listing all the rules and regulations of the dog park together with a phone number to contact for emergencies and to report any attendants that are not following the rules of the dog park.
Q. 
Owners with their dogs may enter Twin-Boro Park to access the dog park with their dog leashed at all times while outside the perimeter of the park and until entry into the dog park.
