Any applicant that seeks to connect to the sanitary sewer system
of West Brandywine Township Municipal Authority shall comply with
the standard sewer specifications and details as maintained and published
by the West Brandywine Township Municipal Authority, as updated from
time to time. Copies of said documents shall be available at the West
Brandywine Township Municipal Authority Building.
The work covered by specifications adopted by the West Brandywine
Township Municipal Authority requires contractors to furnish all labor,
materials and equipment necessary for construction of sanitary sewers;
to perform all operations to complete the construction of sanitary
sewers, sewer laterals and appurtenances thereto; to install, equip
and adjust, and put in operation, the completed work in conformance
with the specifications.
Specifications adopted by the West Brandywine Township Municipal
Authority are not intended to cover specific procedures and work sequences.
Contractors are responsible for compliance with all federal, state
and local safety procedures and requirements.
