It shall be unlawful for any person or individual, or entity,
to perform vehicle maintenance and repair on any vehicle parked or
stopped on any street in the City of California, Missouri. This prohibition
shall not apply to repairs necessitated by an emergency, or work performed
pending removal or tow of the vehicle from the scene.

Violations of this Article shall be punished by Section 100.040 of the ordinances of the City of California. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
