Any and all persons who shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter or fail to comply therewith, or who shall violate or fail to comply with any order or regulation made hereunder, shall severally for each and every such violation and noncompliance respectively be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as set out in Section 100.220 of this Code.

The sentencing of any person under the provisions of this Chapter
shall not preclude the enforced removal of prohibited conditions as
elsewhere defined and provided in this Chapter.
