No person shall enter into the enclosure surrounding the waterworks
reservoir of the City except through the gate or gates thereto, and
except when said gate or gates are unlocked and opened by an employee
or an authorized representative of the City.

No person shall deposit, throw, or place in the water of the
waterworks reservoir of the City, or upon the ground within the enclosure
surrounding such reservoir, any water matter, material, or any matter
substance or thing whatsoever.

No person shall wade, swim, bathe or hunt in or on the water
of the waterworks reservoir of the City or on the grounds within the
enclosure surrounding said reservoir without a permit issued by the
authority of the City.

No person shall go upon the water of the waterworks reservoir
of the City in any motorized boat or raft for any purpose, except
employees of the City in the performance of their duties, and no person
shall camp on the grounds within the enclosure surrounding said reservoir.

No person shall trespass upon or tamper with, break or cut,
deface or injure, in any manner, any house, building, gate, dam, fence,
sign, tree, or shrubbery on any property which is a part of or appurtenant
to the waterworks system of the City.

No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently
break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure,
appurtenance, or equipment which is part of the public water system.
Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate
arrest under charge of property damage.

A. Any person found to be violating any provision of this Section, except Section
705.330 of this Article, shall be served by the City with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
B. Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in this section, shall be guilty of an ordinance violation and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as set out in Section
100.220 of this Code.
C. Each twenty-four-hour period in which any such violation shall continue
shall be deemed a separate offense.
D. Any person violating any part of this Section shall become liable
to the City for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the City by
reason of such violation.
