It shall be unlawful for any person to perform any of the following
acts:
A. Fishing
from the County Route 610 Bridge in the City of Port Republic.
Violation of this article shall be punishable by:
A. A fine
not to exceed $500;
B. Imprisonment
for not more than 30 days;
C. Payment
of restitution in an amount in the discretion of the court; and/or
D. Community
service in the discretion of the court.
