A. No barbershop, barber school or barber college wherein the business
of shaving and hair cutting is carried on in the Township shall open
before 8:00 a.m. or close after 8:00 p.m. on any weekday, except those
barbershops which operate on the premises of religious, charitable
or educational institutions for the purpose of serving only the bona
fide residents and staff thereof. The barbershops, barber schools
and barber colleges shall remain closed and transact no business on
the following days:
Sunday.
New Year's Day.
Decoration Day.
Fourth of July.
Labor Day.
Thanksgiving Day.
Christmas Day.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to remain open for the purposes
of carrying on such business aforesaid except as above specified.
