The Township Council and the Township Board of Education recognize that enrollment by non-paying nonresidents places a financial burden on the taxpayers of this community and increases class sizes.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for any parent or guardian to assist, allow or encourage a minor to enroll in the Township School System where the minor is ineligible to attend as a result of nonresidency.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly permit, with the intention of avoiding the nonresidential tuition payment, the use of his or her name, address or residence as documentation to register a student in the Lawrence Township School System who is not a bona fide resident of the Township.

Where no other penalty is prescribed by law, any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty stated in Chapter 1, Article III.
