regard to fault for all control and clean-up costs incurred by the
Township of Lawrence.
Any person or entity liable for control and clean-up costs pursuant
to this section shall reimburse the Township the entire amount of
such costs within 45 days after receipt of a request for payment for
expenses incurred for the response.
Any person or entity who fails to reimburse the Township the

receipt of the request for payment shall be subject to a fine of not
less than $50 nor more than $500 per day or by imprisonment for a
period of not more than four months, or both.
