Pursuant to § 722 of the County Law as amended and the Assigned Counsel Plan duly adopted by this Board, the Board hereby creates the positions of Administrator and Deputy Administrator of the Assigned Counsel Plan.
The Administrator and Deputy Administrator shall be a duly qualified attorney, duly admitted in good standing to practice law in the State of New York.
The Administrator and Deputy Administrator shall hold office for the term of one year, expiring on the 30th day of November.
A. 
The Administrator shall be in the active charge and management of the affairs of the Assigned Counsel Plan subject to the direction of the County Legislature and the Cayuga County Bar Association.
B. 
The Deputy Administrator shall help the Administrator and shall perform his duties in the case of the absence or unavailability of the Administrator.

The salary of the Administrator and Deputy Administrator shall be set by the County Legislature by resolution. Expenses of stationery, printing forms, stamps and telephone shall be submitted on voucher to the Board and paid by regular audit.
Administrator and Deputy Administrator shall be appointed by the County Legislature after consultation with the President of the Cayuga County Bar Association or a committee named by him for such purpose.
