In all districts, a use accessory to the uses authorized, either
by right or upon a special permit after a hearing, may be made, except
as expressly limited in this bylaw, and, in the case of a use authorized
upon a special permit, as expressly limited in such permit.
Authority under this bylaw to make a particular use of real
estate shall not dispense with the requirement of some other bylaw,
rule or regulation requiring a permit, license or other authority
to make such use.
The use of land in any district for the removal of soil, loam,
sand, or gravel is prohibited except as provided in "The Soil Conservation
Bylaw" adopted June 16, 1952.
