General Bylaws]
Except when otherwise provided by law, prosecutions for offenses
under the bylaws of the Town may be made by any constable or police
officer of the Town.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this Revision
or Town bylaws, or shall refuse or neglect to obey any order of the
board of health issued under these bylaws, and directed to him and
properly served upon him, shall, in cases not otherwise provided for,
forfeit and pay for each offense a fine not exceeding $20.
