The following fees shall be charged by the Town Clerk for the
services listed:
A.
Filing and indexing assignment for the benefit of creditors: $10
B.
Entering amendment of a record of child born out of wedlock subsequently
legitimized: $15
C.
Correcting the errors in a record of birth: $15
D.
Furnishing a certificate birth-long form: $10
E.
Furnishing an abstract copy of record of birth: $5
F.
Entering a delayed record of birth: $15
G.
Filing a certificate of a person conducting business under any title
other than his/her real name: $40
H.
Filing by a person conducting business under any title than his/her
real name, of a statement of change of residence or of discontinuance,
retirement or withdrawal from, or of location of such business: $20
I.
Furnishing a certified copy of a certificate of a person conducting
business under any title other than his/her real name or a statement
by such person of his/her discontinuance, retirement or withdrawal
from such business: $10
J.
Recording the name and address and the date and number of the certificate
issued to a person registered for the practice of podiatry in the
commonwealth: $40
K.
Correcting errors in a record of death: $15
L.
Furnishing a record of death: $10
M.
Entering a notice of intention of marriage and issuing certificate
thereof: $25
N.
Entering certificates of marriage filed by persons married outside
of the commonwealth: $15
O.
Issuing a marriage certificate: $10
P.
Correcting errors in a record of marriage: $15
Q.
Recording a power of attorney: $20
R.
Recording certificate of registration granted to a person to engage
in the practice of optometry, or issue a certificate thereof: $40

Recording the name of the owner of a certificate of registration
as a physician or osteopath in the commonwealth: $40
T.
Recording an order granting locations of poles, piers, abutments,
conduits, alterations, or transfers thereof, and/or increase of number
of wires and cables or attachments under provisions of MGL c. 166,
§ 22: $50
U.
Each additional street in such order: $15
V.
Examining records or papers relating to birth, marriage, or death
upon the application of any person: the actual expense thereof, but
not less than: $10
W.
Copying any manuscript or record pertaining to birth, marriage or
death: $10
Y.
Filing a copy of written instrument or declaration of trust by the
trustees of an association or trust, or any amendment thereof, as
provided by MGL c. 182, § 2: $40
Z.
Recording deed of lot or plot in a public burial place or cemetery:
