There is hereby established a Property Maintenance and Unfit
Buildings Code for all properties in the Township of Middle.
A.
The purpose of the code is to protect the public health, safety and
welfare in all existing structures, residential and nonresidential,
and on all existing premises and exterior property by establishing
minimum requirements and standards; and to foster the beautification
of the Township of Middle through the cleanup of litter, debris, structures
and unsightly properties. The provisions of this chapter shall govern
the minimum conditions and the responsibilities of persons for maintenance
of structures and exterior property.
B.
The code recognizes that maintaining property values contributes
to the general welfare of the community.
C.
Compliance with this code will maintain the appearance, functioning,
and property values of Middle Township.
