The Village of Victor shall contain on and after the
effective date of this section, in addition to the land theretofore
contained within its boundaries, the following described territory:
Beginning at the northeast corner of property conveyed by Joseph Angelo
and Mary Angelo, his wife, to the Village of Victor by deed recorded
October 20, 1961, in the Ontario County Clerk's office in Liber 646
of Deeds at page 900; thence
Southerly making an interior angle of 96° 34'
30" with the south right-of-way line of the Lehigh Valley Railroad,
a distance of 132.78 feet to an angle point in the east line of said
Village parcel; thence
Southwesterly making an interior angle of 156°
26' 20" with Course (1), a distance of 348.00 feet to an angle point
in the east line of said Village parcel; thence
Southerly, making an exterior angle of 161° 59'
41" with Course (2), a distance of 393.30 feet to the southeast corner
of lands conveyed by said Angelo deed; thence
Westerly, making an interior angle of 77° 45'
21" with Course (3), a distance of 130 feet to the southwest corner
of lands conveyed by said Angelo deed, said point being also in the
east line of lands formerly owned by Philip J. Carruba; thence
Southeasterly, along said former Carruba line making
an exterior angle of 66° 58' with Course (4), a distance of 163.15
feet to the southeast corner of lands conveyed by Philip J. Carruba
to the Village of Victor by deed recorded on April 19, 1965, in the
Ontario County Clerk's office in Liber 670 of Deeds at page 556; thence
Westerly, making an interior angle of 66° 58'
with Course (5), a distance of 575 feet, more or less, to the existing
east corporate boundary line of the Village of Victor; thence
In a northerly direction along the Village of Victor
east corporate boundary line, a distance of 790 feet to a point where
it intersects the west boundary line of property conveyed by Robert
Tobin and Donald E. Tobin to the Village of Victor by deed recorded
November 25, 1964, in the Ontario County Clerk's office in Liber 667
of Deeds at page 1148; thence
Northerly along the westerly boundary line of the
premises conveyed by Robert Tobin and Donald E. Tobin to the Village
of Victor by deed recorded in Ontario County Clerk's office in Liber
667 of Deeds at page 1148, a distance of 190 feet to the south right-of-way
line of the Lehigh Valley Railroad; thence
Easterly along said south right-of-way line of the
Lehigh Valley Railroad 332.81 feet to the northeast corner of lands
conveyed by said Tobin deed; thence
Southerly, continuing along the right-of-way
line of the Lehigh Valley Railroad, making an interior angle of 101°
48' 30" with Course (9), a distance of 102.16 feet to the northwest
corner of lands conveyed by Joseph Angelo and Mary Angelo, his wife,
to the Village of Victor by deed recorded October 20, 1961, in the
Ontario County Clerk's office in Liber 646 of Deeds at page 900; thence
Easterly along the south right-of-way line of
the Lehigh Valley Railroad, making an exterior angle of 101° 48'
30" with Course (10), a distance of 381.05 feet to the place of beginning.
Said territory is intending to include the portion
of three parcels of land now owned by the Village of Victor and used
as a sewage treatment plant site, now lying outside the Village.
The territory described in § A176-1 of this local law is hereby annexed to the Village of Victor pursuant to the provisions of § 714 of the General Municipal Law.
The annexation of the above territory described § A176-1 of this local law shall become effective on January 10, 1968.
