A.
The Village of Victor shall contain on and after the effective date
of this local law, in addition to the land theretofore contained within
its boundaries, the following described territory: Part of Tax Map
No. 027.02-01-086.1. All that tract or parcel of land situated in
Lot 3, Township II, Range 4, Phelps & Gorham Purchase, Town of
Victor, County of Ontario, State of New York, and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the west line of the now or former
Marion and David Gordon property (Tax Map No. 027.02-01-090) and the
division line between the Town of Victor on the south and the Village
of Victor on the north;

Thence south 27° 03'46" west, along the west line of said
Gordon property, a distance of 98.96 feet to the north line of the
now or former Laurie Lavery property (Tax Map No. 027.02-01.089);
(2)
Thence north 88° 45' 07" west, along said north line, a
distance of 740.58 feet to the northwest corner of said Lavery property;
(3)
Thence north 88° 42' 59" west, along the north line of the
now or former Victor, Jr. and Loretta Parmenter property (Tax Map
No. 027.02-01-087), a distance of 41.08 feet to a point;
(4)
Thence north 18° 51' 14" east, a distance of 334.11 feet
to the division line between the Town of Victor and the Village of
Victor;
(5)
Thence south 71° 09' 50" east, along said division line,
a distance of 759.19 feet to the point of beginning.

Containing 161,654 square feet or 3.711± acres

B.
Said territory is intending to be a portion of the proposed Village
Station Subdivision site to be developed by Stonehaven Development,
LLC.
The territory described in § A176-4 of this local law is hereby annexed to the Village of Victor pursuant to the provisions of § 714 of the General Municipal Law.
The annexation of the above territory described in § A176-4 of this local law shall become effective on March 25, 2010.
