A. 
All area speed limits and speed limits on designated highways within the Town of Lancaster prescribed by order of the New York State Department of Transportation prior to adoption of this amendment herein shall remain in effect, except as hereinafter recited.
B. 
Area speed limits shall be posted at 30 miles per hour at all entrance roads and various interconnecting roadways within all subdivisions and business and industrial parks located within the Town of Lancaster

C. 
A speed limit of 45 miles per hour shall be posted on the following designated highways:
(1) 
Pavement Road, for northbound and southbound traffic between Genesee Street and Walden Avenue.
(2) 
Pavement Road, for northbound and southbound traffic between Walden Avenue and Erie Street.

A speed limit of 25 miles per hour shall be posted on the following designated highways:

Como Park Boulevard, eastbound and westbound traffic along the perimeter of Cayuga Heights Elementary School. The school speed zone shall be effective only on school days between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
(2) 
Pleasant View Drive for both eastbound and westbound traffic between Forton Drive and Stendahl Parkway. The speed zone shall be effective only on school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
