The Borough of Cliffside Park, County of Bergen, State of New
Jersey does hereby adopt in conjunction with this Zoning chapter the
following regulations: The Building Officials and Code Administrators
(hereinafter referred to as BOCA) National Building Code; Uniform
Construction Code (hereinafter referred to as UCC); and the Municipal
Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D et seq., (hereinafter referred to as
MLUA) and any other statute and/or regulation hereafter adopted as
law by the State of New Jersey for the control of buildings and structures
as therein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provision,
penalties, conditions and terms of either the BOCA, UCC and/or MLUA
are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully
set out in this Zoning chapter.
