Permits shall expire 12 months after date of issue.

For good cause shown, the Board of Health may, by resolution,
extend the expiration date of said permits with or without payment
of additional permit fees.

Any person who violates any provision of or order promulgated
under this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to a
penalty of not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each violation.
Each day a particular violation continues shall constitute a separate
offense.
