By virtue of the provisions of Chapter 21 of the Public Laws
of 1946 (N.J.S. 40:49-5.1), the Private Campgrounds Code, as approved
by the Departments of Health and Conservation and Economic Development
and filed in the Secretary of State's office on March 3, 1964,
is hereby accepted, adopted and established as a standard to be used
as a guide in determining whether campground dwellings, as well as
their facilities, located in this municipality are safe, sanitary
and fit for human habitation and rental. The Code is adopted in its
entirety except as hereinafter modified. A copy of the Private Campgrounds
Code is annexed to this chapter by reference, and three copies of
the same have been placed on file in the office of the Township Clerk
and are available to all persons desiring to use and examine the same.

The following sections of the Private Campgrounds Code are hereby
amended, added or deleted as indicated:
A. Section 4.9, Occupancy Limit, is amended to read as follows:
"4.9 Occupancy Limit.
a. Occupancy of any campsite in any particular campground by the same
person or persons shall not be permitted for more than 15 consecutive
days in any month from October 1 to May 1.
b. Except during May, June, July, August and September, unoccupied camping
units and equipment shall not be permitted to remain on any campsite.
During the months of November through April said camp units or equipment
may be stored at a designated storage area on the campground."

Permit fees shall be paid in accordance with Chapter
8 - Fees.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section or the Code adopted hereby shall, upon conviction, be liable to the penalty stated in Chapter
1, Section
1-5.
[1979 Code § 97-1]
As used in this section:
TRAILER OR CAMP CAR
Shall mean any vehicle used or constructed or intended for
use for conveyance upon public streets or highways, so designed, constructed
or reconstructed that it can be used as, or as to permit its occupancy
as, a dwelling, living or sleeping place for one or more persons,
whether self-propelled or non- self-propelled and whether same shall
be standing on wheels, foundations, jacks or skirting.
