A building may be erected, altered or used, any lot may be used
or occupied for any of the following purposes and no other:
A. Any use permitted in R-2 Residential Districts.
B. Single-family semidetached dwelling; provided, that the dwelling
with which it has a party wall in common is erected at the same time.
C. Single-family attached dwelling; provided, that such row dwellings
shall be constructed in series of not more than eight dwelling units
and that all units of the series shall be constructed at the same
time.
D. The following uses when authorized as a special exception:
(1) Public, private or parochial school.
(2) Fire house or volunteer fire company.
(3) Telephone central office, utility line, electric substation, gas
substation.

The maximum height regulations will be the same as those found in R-2 Residential Districts for all permitted uses (§
415-14). Height of uses accessory to dwellings shall be subject to §
415-114B.
Accessory buildings detached or connected to the main buildings
may be built within the buildable area of the lot, provided all restrictions
pertaining to front, side and rear yards are complied with.
