The harbors committee shall be appointed by the town council
at the interim meeting in December and shall be charged with the overseeing
the Old Harbor, New Harbor and harbor facilities and areas. The harbors
committee shall consist of five (5) members, appointed or reappointed
for a staggered term of three (3) years, and two (2) alternate members,
appointed or reappointed for a term of one (1) year.
