Borough of North Arlington, NJ Article VII Enactment

§ 173-20 Adoption.

This chapter shall be effective on August 28, 2019, and shall remain in force until modified, amended or rescinded by Borough of North Arlington, Bergen County, New Jersey.

§ 173-21 Repealer.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency. It is the intention of this ordinance to replace Chapter 173 of the Code of the Borough of North Arlington entitled "Flood Damage Prevention" in total and pursuant to instruction by the State of New Jersey, Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Flood Control.
