Editor's Note: This bylaw was originally adopted in 2015, and was amended in 2021. It was previously designated as § 241-1 of Chapter 241 in Division 3 of the Town Code. Division 3 is the Miscellaneous Rules and Regulations division. The division for bylaws is Division 1, Town Meeting Enactments. Therefore, following approval of the 2021 amendment, the bylaw was moved to Division 1, Part I (Administrative Legislation), and designated as § 34-1 of Chapter 34. See also the note at former Chapter 241.
