Township of Gloucester, NJ Article II Mandatory Direct Deposit

§ 5-8 Mandatory direct deposit required for employees and elected officials.

All employees and elected public officials who receive compensation from the Township of Gloucester are mandated to have direct deposit of their compensation as of August 1, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 28, P.L. 2013, as defined under N.J.S.A. 52:14-15f(b).

§ 5-9 Paperless statements.

All employees required to have direct deposit will also be required to receive paperless statements, via email.

§ 5-10 Exemption for seasonal and temporary employees.

Seasonal and temporary employees who are employed by the Township of Gloucester are exempt from the direct deposit mandate.
