A. 
Charges for photocopying existing records and documents by custodian shall be as follows:

(1) 
$0.05 per letter size page.
(2) 
$0.07 per legal size page.
B. 
Charges for computer printouts.
(1) 
Not exceeding three pages: $10.
(2) 
Each additional page: $1.
C. 
Unusual requests. If the custodian of such records shall find that there is no risk of damage or mutilation of such records and that it would not be incompatible with the economic and efficient operation of the office and transaction of public business therein, he may permit any citizen who is seeking to copy more than 100 pages of records to use his own photographic process, approved by the custodian, upon the payment of a reasonable fee considering the equipment and the time involved, to be fixed by the custodian of not less than $15 nor more than $50 per day. The fee to be based on the hourly rate of the records room employee assigned to assist the requestor.

Duplication of cassette recordings shall be the actual cost for each cassette, computer disc, CD-ROM, or DVD's.

All requests for copies of records, reports, documents, photographs and other services prepared, maintained and performed by Non-Police Department custodian of the Township of Gloucester shall be made and directed to the Township Clerk. All requests must provide sufficient and accurate data for the search.[1]

All ordinances and provisions thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this article shall be and are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
If any article, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this article is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision or invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this article.
This article shall take effect immediately after final passage and publication in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
