Hereafter, there shall be authorized to be issued a total of
no more than 12 Class C club licenses in the Township of Gloucester,
and no more than such number shall be issued and outstanding at the
same time.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances and all rules, regulations
and resolutions heretofore adopted by the Township of Gloucester inconsistent
with the terms hereof be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent
of such inconsistency only.
This article shall take effect immediately upon final passage
and publication in accordance with law.
