A.
Requirement.
All sidewalks adjacent to designated handicapped parking areas must
remain clear and unobstructed at all times to ensure accessibility
of ingress and egress for individuals with disabilities from vehicles.
B.
Signage.
The language "Keep Sidewalk Clear" or similar shall be incorporated
on all existing and future handicapped parking signs to enforce this
requirement.
C.
Violations.
The general penalty provisions of the Code of the City of Passaic
shall govern violations of this chapter.
