The following fees shall be charged by the Village of West Haverstraw for various licenses, permits and other matter enumerated. The Board of Trustees, upon application and for good cause shown, may waive any fee set forth herein.

The Village shall provide solid waste and recyclable collection and disposal services on a user fee basis to the following types of properties located within the geographical boundaries of the Village in accordance with Regulations promulgated by the Commissioner of Public Works and approved by the Village Board. The fee for such services shall be set annually by the Village Board as a part of the budget process, based on the Property Class designation as shown on the records of the Assessor, more specifically, one-family dwellings (Property Class Code 210), two-family dwellings (Property Class Code 220), three-family dwellings (Property Class Code 230), mobile home (Property Class Code 270) and residential multiple with fewer than 9 residential dwellings (Property Class Code 280).
